Since summer 2026, the Poke Burger has been on the Poke Monster menu, next to our poke bowls and Boba & Moi bubble tea. The idea is simple: keep everything we love about poke — the generous filling, the sauces and the crunch — and serve it between two crispy rice buns.

The Poke Burger is two crispy rice buns and a generous poke filling. It comes in three versions: salmon, tuna and shrimp. You’ll find all three on our Poke Burgers page.
Creators put it to the test
On August 1, 2026, the first taste tests appeared on TikTok. In ten weeks, at least 27 creators posted a video about Poke Monster, most of them about the Poke Burger, and those videos were viewed more than 730,000 times in total (figures as of October 19, 2026). A few reactions, word for word:

On our own accounts, we call it the Viral Poke Burger. Our video from August 13, 2026, which also ran as an ad, has been viewed more than 1.4 million times on TikTok.
