On Saturday, October 17, 2026, our first location in Québec City celebrated its grand opening at 89, rue Saint-Joseph Est, in the Saint-Roch neighbourhood. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us!

The Monster moves into the Lower Town
On rue Saint-Joseph Est, everything is made to order, just like in Montréal: poke bowls (including The Godzilla, The Gangster and The Monster), Poke Burgers on crispy rice buns and Boba & Moi bubble tea.
The location opens every day at 10 a.m. From Thursday to Saturday, it stays open until 3 a.m.; other nights, until 10 p.m. Dine-in, takeout or delivery.
